Hey Everyone,

My name is Shawn; Aka Grizz!

I’m an avid bodybuilder and fitness fanatic with over 5 years of experience in the gym. For most of my life I was overweight, and struggled with self-esteem issues, had a terrible relationship with food, and my physical activity was minimal. One day I went to a family farm with my son, Austin, and a photo was taken of me that absolutely changed my life. I was sick of what I looked like, Sick of feeling like I was setting a bad example for my son, and was tired of following the minimal approach to life, and decided it was time for a massive change. I began following fitness podcasts, applying everything I heard to my life to find what worked best for me. I’ve done every diet under the sun, including Keto, Atkins, The Mediterranean Diet, you name it I’ve done it. Over time I found what worked for me, and I am extremely well versed in the principle of individuality - what works for one doesn’t work for all. This year I completed my Certified Personal Trainer Certifications, as well as Bodybuilding and Physique Coaching Certification - and decided it was time to apply everything I’ve done to a career in online-coaching.

My Name is Brittany, Aka Brittzilla

I started my health and fitness journey in January of 2021. I had gained 20 lbs within just a couple months during the height of the pandemic. For most of my life I was overweight, but seeing how much I gained in such as short amount of time was shocking and upsetting. I was tired how I looked and how I felt, and this was the turning point for me. I decided to focus on weight loss and was able to lose 35 lbs that year. Then I joined and gym and practiced moving my body to keep the weight off. I found exercise to be incredibly empowering and I loved how it made me feel both physically and mentally. Focusing on my health was the greatest decision I had made. I learned how to break bad habits, I learned how to use food as fuel, and learned how to make my body and mind stronger through exercise. Now I want to share my knowledge and experience to help others develop healthier habits through physical activity and proper nutrition. I am a fully Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.
